The Big Hat Story

 The first Big Hat Smoker came off the fabrication floor August 2009, but the dream, the plan and the design has been in the works for many many years.  The dream started in the little West Texas town of Marfa. The plan didn't start out in a garage but in a state of the art welding facility. The design was modeled after Smokemasters world famous engineering for backyard offset wood fired smokers. We never stop updating and improving on our design with constant feedback from our customers. In life "you get what you pay for" and with a Big Hat you get more standard features than any smoker on the market.
