The Ranger is our signature offset smoker. Laser cut 3/16" new plate steel is crafted into the perfect Smoker/Grill. The firebox features a gas assist propane burner, slide out ash pan and a dual level framed grate for nightly grilling. The main chambers 20" x 48" Smoking/Grilling surface is a split dual hinged framed expanded surface. There is also a double thick fire grate inside the main chamber for the big party grilling. Heavy duty casters, threaded clean out pipe drain, cool touch spring handles, two Tel-Tru custom thermometers and 1200 degree paint. The Ranger is the ultimate versatile grilling and smoking unit.
