The Marfa is Big Hats vertical offset smoker. The firebox features a gas assist propane burner, slide out ash pan and a dual level framed grate for nightly grilling. The upright smoke box features 4 slide out framed grates. Laser cut 3/16" new plate steel is crafted into the perfect upright offset smoker. Heavy duty casters, threaded clean out pipe drain, cool touch spring handles, Tel-Tru custom thermometer and 1200 degree paint. From a seared rib eye on Saturday night to an all day brisket smoke on Sunday, The Marfa will do it all.
